Do You Offer DBQs for All Medical Conditions, or Only Certain Ones?

We complete VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) only for conditions that can be accurately assessed through remote video consultation. 
We’re able to assist with many non-musculoskeletal and non-mental-health conditions, such as certain sleep apnea, migraine, GERD, IBS, sinusitis, etc. 
We do not complete DBQs that require an in-person physical exam, imaging, or diagnostic testing — including musculoskeletal, mental health, gynecological, or certain cardiac conditions.

How Much Does the Service Cost?

Our DBQ completion service is USD $249 per DBQ.
A video consultation with a physician is required to complete your DBQ. This consultation ensures medical accuracy and compliance with VA documentation standards. The consultation is billed at a one-time fixed rate of USD $199, regardless of how many DBQs you need.
Each additional DBQ for other conditions is billed separately at $249 per form.

Yes. Every DBQ we complete includes a secure video consultation with a licensed physician.
During this session, the doctor reviews your symptoms, history, and supporting documentation to ensure your DBQ is accurate and complete.

Are These the Same Forms the VA Uses During C&P Exams?

We use the official Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) made publicly available by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

It’s important to note that VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) examiners use an expanded, digital version of these same DBQs inside the VA’s internal system.
Those internal versions may include:

•	Internal narrative sections for VA adjudicators and rating specialists

Our physicians complete the official public DBQs in accordance with VA’s published medical and rating standards.

While these public forms do not include every internal C&P field, they are official, valid, and accepted as independent medical evidence for your VA disability claim.
