Before your C&P exam, think about your worst days, not your best days. Clearly describe: - How often symptoms occur - How long they last - How they limit work and daily activities - Flare-ups and functional impact Don’t say “I’m fine” out of habit. Explain what you can’t do, how symptoms affect you over time, and how they interfere with normal functioning. The VA rates based on functional impairment, so specificity matters.
